You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. We will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before the order enters our shipping queues.
To Modify Your Order:
- Login into your SSENSE account
- Click on the Order History tab on the left-hand side
- Under Modify, select the subject of your request
- Fill out the contact form and send us your request
If you cannot access your SSENSE account, feel free to contact us and we will help you modify your order.
